USE CLAUSE

Permitted Use: The Premises shall be used for the operation of a Good Reason eat-in/Pick up/take-out/delivery/liquor licensed restaurant specializing in Vegan food production. Tenant may sell a wide variety of Vegan food items not limited to; sandwiches, burgers, bowls, salads, sides and sauces, hot and cold beverages, vegan style deserts as well as other ancillary vegan food products to be added to the menu from time to time and for no other purpose whatsoever.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Exclusive Use:  The Landlord shall not lease any other space within the Property and any adjacent properties to the Property which the Landlord controls or has ownership in to another Tenant whose primary business is the sale of Vegan food.
