A “Mexican” inspired fast food concept for the preparation and sale of hot and cold dishes (to be consumed on-site or taken to go), of desserts, tea-based drinks, soft drinks, beer and mixed drinks (notably those that contain one of the following: ice, coffee, espresso, tea, milk, cream, juice and/or fruit, tequila, seasonal varieties), of promotional items, non-foodstuff products, and any other related product distributed by the Ke Pasó Mexigrill system in the normal course of business.
