The operation of a licensed, quick service restaurant with take-out and sit down services with a menu as follows: the sale of non-alcoholised tea-based drinks, non-alcoholised fruit tea, non-alcoholised milk tea, non-alcoholised tea mousse, non-alcoholised chocolate-based drinks, non-alcoholised coffee-based drinks, non-alcoholised drinks namely fruit juice, vegetable juice, soya milk, coffee, tea, bubble tea, smoothies, and Oriental Pop Tea. “All of the foregoing shall be consistent with items sold or found in all other Chatime locations across Canada.”
