With the exception of existing units, there will be no new units leased within the shopping centre for the purpose of selling Sushi, Sushi burritos or Poke Bowls. In addition to this restriction on new units, the landlord represents that they will not amend the current use clause of existing units to allow the sale of Sushi, Sushi Burritos, or Poke.
