Conditions: 1. The tenant undertakes to take out a civil liability insurance policy ($2 million) for the duration of rental. 2. The tenant will provide all relevant documents such as confirmation of letter of employment (salary, position, work since, status) to the complete satisfaction of the owner. 3. Mandatory credit check at tenant's cost 4. The tenant is responsible for all rules and costs related to moving and relocation required by the union (if applicable). 5. Pets are allowed with conditions 6. The tenant must not allow anyone to use, cultivate, smoke or vape tobacco, cannabis or any other illegal substance in any interior part of the premises, the common areas or property of which they are part. 7.
