Addenda

Within 48 hours of acceptance of a promise to lease, the Lessor shall perform at credit check at Lessee's sole cost. The lessor will have 24 hours to review the report and declare his satisfaction or render the Promise to Lease null and void. The Lessee shall abide by the following rules: -Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. -No consumption of cannabis -No Airbnb or short-term rental -No Pets -The Lessee will take out liability insurance of $2,000,000 valid for the duration of the lease and provide proof. -The owner has the right to check the condition of the property every three months, if the tenant respects the rules of the building and the unit (if applicable). The owner must inform the tenant 24 hours in advance.
