1. The tenant undertakes to take out a civil liability insurance policy ($2 million) for the duration of the rental. 2. Once the rental promise has been accepted, the tenant will remit the first month's rent and the deposit to the landlord at the signing of the lease. 3. The tenant is responsible for all rules and costs related to moving and relocation required by the building by-laws (if applicable) 5. Tenant will not allow anyone to use, grow, smoke or vape tobacco, cannabis or any other illegal substance within the premises, common areas or the property of which they are a part. 6. No Airbnb or similar short-term sublets will not be tolerated. Any subletting for less than 6 months will be considered a violation of the lease agreement which may result in repudiation of the lease. 7.
