ABOUT THE CLIENT
We are a classic cheeseburger joint. We grind a custom blend of ultra premium beef multiple times daily on the premises. Our beef is always fresh. We cook our cheeseburgers on a flat top griddle not on a charcoal broiler. We believe in purity, simplicity and over a hundred years of grilling and grinding techniques.
The Premises shall be used for the maintenance and operation of a Burger’s Priest eat-in/take-out/delivery restaurant or for any other lawful purposes. Tenant may vend any or all products vended by the Burger’s Priest franchise system, including, a wide variety of breakfast items, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, chicken burgers, milk and custard shakes, chili and soup, beverages including carbonated and alcoholic drinks, milk, and other products introduced by the Burger’s Priest franchise system for its franchised and corporate stores, as well as other ancillary food products to be added to the menu from time to time with the Landlord’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, operating under the trade name (The) Burger’s Priest, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
