The Premises will be used by the Tenant for the operation of a Taboo Cuisine Rebelle restaurant and patio consisting of the preparation and principal sale, at retail, of soups, salads, gourmet mini burgers, tartars, poutines, soft drinks, filtered coffee, tea, specialized coffee (such as expresso, cappuccino, moka coffee), alcoholic beverages (such as beers, wine, cocktails, etc.), and all other products, including hot or cold meals, for on-site consumption or to go, usually sold in Taboo restaurants.
