The operation of a licensed quick service restaurant with take-out and catering services with a menu as follows: the sale of fried chicken, fried chicken sandwiches, fried vegetables, fried meat, salads, fruit salads, jelly. “All of the foregoing shall be consistent with items sold or found in all other Hot-Star Large Fried Chicken restaurant locations across Canada.”
